  • Bachelor’s degree with minimum 24 hours in the above coursework.
  • Must meet QMHP qualifications and have strong computer skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide mental health services and case management to individuals with severe and persistent mental illness.
  • Follow TAC guidelines and TRR ANSA assessments to plan care.
  • Coordinate jail diversion efforts with county court systems and probation.
  • Develop treatment plans, perform periodic reassessments, and ensure continuity of services.
  • Travel within service area and operate in home, work, or community settings; maintain documentation.
