ADP, Inc. is seeking a CSCD Clinical Assessment Specialist in Dallas, TX to evaluate clients with mental health and/or substance use issues and determine treatment needs.

You will produce legal documents and reports impacting recidivism and public safety, while ensuring compliance with regulations and funding requirements. Responsibilities include biopsychosocial assessments, DSM-5-TR diagnoses, and timely reporting to probation officers and courts.

Qualifications

  • Graduate degree in psychology or social work with clinical assessment focus.
  • Licensed or license-eligible in Texas; provisional license acceptable.
  • Minimum two years of clinical assessment experience with mental health/substance use cases.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct clinical biopsychosocial assessment interviews and gather information from multiple sources.
  • Formulate DSM-5-TR diagnoses and treatment recommendations for court review.
  • Prepare timely written reports for probation officers and courts; include diagnostic formulations.
  • Conduct lethality assessments and determine risk levels with appropriate interventions.
