Job summary

The State University of New York seeks an E-Business Manager to optimize SUNY's eProcurement solution (Jaggaer). The role focuses on operating, configuring, and improving digital procurement workflows across campuses to increase efficiency, transparency, and cost-savings.

You will collaborate with finance, operations, and legal teams, train campus users, and ensure compliance with NY state procurement policies. This full-time position is based in Albany, NY with travel within NYS as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree with relevant IT/systems experience and customer service responsibilities.
• Strong written, negotiation, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%, mostly within NYS.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary campus contact for Jaggaer procurement initiatives.
• Review supplier import files daily from ERP systems.
• Manage project mailbox and assist campuses with issues.
• Maintain Jaggaer central repository with training documents.
• Ensure procurement processes are compliant with internal controls and NY state laws.
• Provide training and support to SUNY eProcurement Supplier File Management.
• Test and onboard campuses to eProcurement and AP onboarding.
