The State University of New York seeks a Senior E-Business Manager to lead SUNY's eProcurement program, including Jaggaer, across campuses in New York. You will drive governance, platform optimization, analytics, and supplier enablement to maximize value and compliance.

You will partner with SUNY leadership, campuses, and vendors to deliver efficient procure-to-pay processes, data quality, and training, while guiding major system projects and change management across the SUNY system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in procurement operations, eProcurement systems administration, business systems management, or procure-to-pay program management.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience leading projects, initiatives, or teams.
• Experience implementing, administering, or optimizing enterprise procurement software and integrated business systems.

Responsabilités

• Lead the administration, governance, and continuous improvement of SUNY's eProcurement program and related procure-to-pay technologies.
• Develop project plans, timelines, communication strategies, and performance measures.
• Coordinate cross-functional project teams and manage relationships with vendors and consultants.
• Support campus onboarding activities, procure-to-pay implementations, and change management efforts.
• Ensure successful adoption of new technologies, business processes, and system capabilities.
• Develop and maintain program metrics, dashboards, and reports to measure performance and adoption.
