Job summary

Leap Tools is hiring an Associate Technical Project Manager to drive the successful implementation of visualization tools for key customers in the interior décor space. You will coordinate with Professional Services to deliver high-quality visualizer experiences on schedule, while shaping scalable, maintainable solutions.

The role combines technical leadership with customer-facing delivery, requiring strong organizational and communication skills, plus proficiency in web tech and scripting.

Qualifications

  • Solid understanding of web technologies (single page applications, cookies, web views in native apps, HTML, TypeScript).
  • Familiarity with programming/scripting.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

  • Manage visualizer integrations throughout the entire life cycle of our customers.
  • Work closely with our Professional Services team to deliver exceptional visualizer experiences on time.
  • Design elegant and maintainable visualizer solutions that help our customers achieve their goals.
  • Become a trusted partner to internal teams (Customer Success, Sales, Product, etc), providing technical expertise and sharing best practices to drive best-in-class customer experiences.
  • Work within established guidelines, and assist in maintaining existing processes, templates and documentation.
