Job summary

Crawford Thomas Recruiting is seeking an experienced IVIG Infusion Account Executive to grow referral relationships in the Greater Seattle, Tacoma, and Bellingham markets. This role requires a proven infusion sales background with direct IVIG referral experience and a track record of meeting sales goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of healthcare sales with direct IVIG referral sales experience.
• Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Experience selling home infusion, infusion-suite, or hospital infusion services.
• Strong knowledge of the healthcare referral process and infusion therapy market.
• Excellent relationship-building, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage a large geographic territory independently.
• Experience using CRM software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow IVIG referral business across the assigned territory.
• Build relationships with physicians, clinic leaders, referral coordinators, and other healthcare decision-makers.
• Target GI, Neurology, Dermatology, Rheumatology, and other specialties that regularly refer infusion patients.
• Present infusion therapy services and develop solutions tailored to each practice.
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing referral sources.
• Identify new business opportunities within home infusion, ambulatory infusion, and hospital-based networks.
• Track sales activity, referrals, forecasts, and account development through CRM systems.
• Partner with internal clinical and operational teams to ensure a strong referral and patient experience.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and changes within the IVIG and infusion therapy landscape.
