Job summary

Main Line Fertility is seeking an experienced IVF Coordinator who will educate, treat, inform and prepare patients for their appointments. The role requires excellent communication and teamwork to deliver compassionate, patient-centered fertility care.

The position is full-time, based in Bryn Mawr with coverage of Havertown and West Chester offices. Responsibilities include coordinating treatment cycles, educating patients on medications, and maintaining EMR documentation.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (PA) or CMA/RMA with active license, in-state.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for fertility patients, providing education and emotional support throughout IVF treatment.
