Job summary

Fertility Specialists of Texas in Plano, TX is seeking an experienced IVF Coordinator RN to educate patients, coordinate care across clinical teams, and support IVF/FET cycles from start to finish. You will balance hands-on patient care with cross-team communication and documentation, reporting to Clinical Operations managers.

The ideal candidate has an active RN license, ACLS/BLS/CPR certifications, and at least two years of clinical experience; fertility coordination and phlebotomy experience

Qualifications

• RN with active license required.
• ACLS/BLS/CPR certifications required.
• Minimum two years of clinical experience preferred.
• Fertility coordination or phlebotomy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Educate patients on IVF and FET procedures, testing, and treatment plans.
• Coordinate required lab testing, obtain consent forms, and review results.
• Schedule and track patient IVF and FET procedures and testing; develop and maintain monitoring flowsheets.
• Collaborate with physician, clinical, embryology, and billing staff to coordinate patient care.
• Assist in monitoring clinic operations, including PACU/OR procedures and medication management.
• Correspond with patients via phone, portal, and email, acting as liaison between patients and physicians.
• Perform ultrasounds and IUI procedures, maintain sterile areas, and train staff.
