InVia Fertility Specialists is seeking an IVF Registered Nurse to join our Hoffman Estates team. You will perform phlebotomy and specimen collection, assist physicians during procedures, and support triage and documentation in a dynamic fertility clinic environment.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license in Illinois (AS degree).
• ACLS and CPR certification required.
• Basic PC proficiency required.
• Experience in women’s health is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform phlebotomy and specimen collection with precision and care.
• Assist physicians during procedures in a fast-paced clinical setting.
• Support clinical staff with telephone triage.
• Complete health documentation for insurance processing.
• Serve as liaison between clinical staff and laboratory services.
• Review lab results with physicians, patients, and embryology team.
• Train in ultrasound operation and IUI procedures.
• Educate and empower patients throughout infertility care and surgery.
• Coordinate scheduling of surgical procedures with hospital teams.
• Perform Pap smears and vaginal cultures with proficiency and sensitivity.
