Job summary

InVia Fertility Specialists in Illinois seeks a Registered Nurse to join a collaborative fertility care team. You will perform phlebotomy, assist procedures, and support triage, with a schedule of Monday–Friday 7:30 am–4:00 pm, weekend rotation about once a month, and occasional work at nearby locations such as Arlington Heights or Northbrook.

The role emphasizes education, coordination of surgical procedures with hospital teams, and serving as a lab liaison to ensure smooth fertility care.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Illinois with an AS degree in nursing.
• ACLS and CPR certification current.
• Experience in a women's health setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform phlebotomy and specimen collection with precision.
• Assist physicians during procedures in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.
• Support clinical staff with telephone triage and health documentation for insurance processing.
• Coordinate surgical procedures with hospital teams and schedule.
• Educate and empower patients through infertility care and surgery.
