Qualifications

• Current Registered Professional Nurse in New York.
• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) required.
• Preferred ACLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Performs physical examinations and diagnostic tasks.
• Collects patient health history.
• Records information in electronic health record (EHR).
• Administers medications and provides wound care.
• Triage and manage clinical concerns both in person and by phone.
• Coordinates with licensed providers to develop patient care plans.
• Supervises licensed practical nurses and medical assistants as needed.
• Participates in quality initiatives and patient safety efforts.
• Performs other duties as needed.
