Qualifications

• Two years of clinical/research experience in a reproductive lab and/or andrology lab.
• Bachelor's Degree in Biology, Zoology, Biochemistry or related field.
• Master's in related field preferred.
• RI Witness experience preferred.
• Babysentry experience preferred.
• Certification as Technical Supervisor in Andrology and Embryology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and participate in complex Assisted Reproduction duties including semen testing and processing, oocyte retrievals and insemination, embryo culture and cryopreservation.
• Perform advanced Reproductive Biology procedures.
• Monitor quality control and maintain laboratory equipment; prepare reports for the director.
• Develop and implement testing methods and standardize lab solutions and reagents.
• Provide guidance to technicians, fellows, residents, students and other personnel.
