US Fertility is seeking an Embryology Lab Manager/Supervisor in Orlando, FL to oversee daily fertility lab operations, blend hands-on embryology with team leadership, and ensure regulatory compliance. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry or Medical Laboratory Science is required.
• Must have 5 years of hands-on embryology experience and 2+ years in leadership or managerial capacity.
• Must meet the CLIA requirements of education and experience for General Supervisor or Technical Supervisor.
• ABB/AAB certification/FL license preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the fertility lab, blending hands-on embryology with staff management and regulatory compliance.
• Perform and train advanced IVF procedures (ICSI, PGT biopsy, cryopreservation, semen processing).
• Identify, assess, culture oocytes; prepare sperm; culture embryos; assess and select embryos for transfer; vitrify embryos; record lab results.
