Job summary

A premier health system in Worcester is seeking an experienced Embryologist to perform IVF and fertility analysis procedures. The role includes counseling patients on fertility options and overseeing the IVF lab's operations. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree and extensive experience in IVF techniques. This position offers competitive pay ranging from $39.96 to $71.92 per hour, dependent on skills and experience, as well as potential signing bonuses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemical, physical, or biological, medical technology, clinical or reproductive laboratory science.
• Experience of at least 3 years in IVF procedures including ICSI, AH, and vitrification.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform various embryological medical procedures including IVF and fertility analysis.
• Counsel patients on fertility and ART procedures.
• Oversee technical/admin aspects of IVF lab operations.
