Everleap Fertility in Clive, IA is seeking an Andrology Lab Technician II to join our clinical embryology team. This full-time role focuses on endocrine testing, QC/QA, specimen handling, reporting, and regulatory compliance.

You will perform testing on the Roche E 411 analyzer, maintain equipment, manage supplies, and document results. Requires a BA/BS in science and at least two years in an Andrology lab; MT/ASCP or MLT ASCP preferred. Rotating Saturday coverage; schedule 7:30 AM–4:30 PM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field or Medical Technology/Technician degree.
• Two years of Andrology lab experience required.
• Preferred: MT (ASCP) or MLT (ASCP) certification; Endocrine lab experience; phlebotomy experience.

Responsabilités

• Perform laboratory procedures related to endocrine testing, ensuring quality control, proper specimen handling, accurate reporting, and adherence to regulatory standards.
• Perform daily QC procedures and month-end QA activities; monitor equipment functionality and report discrepancies.
• Maintain inventory logs, monitor reagent inventory, and order supplies for endocrine testing.
• Process specimens, load serum samples onto analyzers, and troubleshoot LIS errors.
• Print, distribute, and file patient reports; maintain accurate laboratory documentation.
