Job summary

Illume Fertility is seeking a Laboratory Technician in Norwalk, CT to join our fast-paced fertility lab. The role covers entry-level andrology/endocrinology lab services, with emphasis on specimen handling, sperms preparation for IUI/IVF, and maintenance of lab records.

The candidate should have an Associates or Bachelors in Biological Sciences, Medical Technology, or MLT and strong computer skills. This is a full-time, on-site position with responsibilities spanning day-to-day lab operations

Qualifications

• Associates or bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences, Medical Technology, or MLT; minimum B average in relevant lab science.
• Strong computer skills: Word, Excel, Internet, e‑mail; comfort with lab software.

Responsibilities

• Participate in laboratory operations including sperm preparation for IUI/IVF and sperm processing.
• Maintain inventory for endocrine, andrology and IVF; ensure accurate records and reports.
• Identify specimens and handle chain-of-custody; maintain clean, organized lab and equipment.
