IVI America is seeking an Andrology Lab Technician II in Clive, IA. The role focuses on endocrine testing, strict quality control, specimen handling, and accurate reporting within a high-precision embryology environment.

The position requires a BS in a science field (or Medical Technology/Technician) with at least two years of Andrology lab experience. ASCP certification is preferred, along with potential endocrine lab and phlebotomy experience.

Formación

• Two years of Andrology lab experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree in science-related field or Medical Technology/Technician degree.
• MT (ASCP) or MLT (ASCP) certification preferred; endocrine lab experience and phlebotomy experience are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Perform endocrine testing and QC/QA procedures to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Handle specimen labeling, processing, and data entry with LIS accuracy.
• Maintain instrument readiness and troubleshoot LIS and analyzer issues.
