Job summary

Bastion Technologies, Inc. is seeking an IVA Spacesuit Project Manager to lead development, integration, testing, certification, and delivery of IVA spacesuit systems in Houston, TX.

This role oversees multidisciplinary teams to ensure technical excellence, schedule, and budget adherence for human-rated spacecraft. Minimum 5+ years in complex aerospace programs with spacesuit experience; bachelor’s in aerospace/mechanical/systems engineering required.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in aerospace, mechanical, or systems engineering.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in aerospace or DoD space programs.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, baselines, and risks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead IVA spacesuit development from concept to certification and delivery.
• Manage scope, cost, schedule, technical performance, and risks across workstreams.
• Direct multidisciplinary engineering teams across systems, mechanical, electrical, materials, software, and test.
• Coordinate integration between spacesuit systems and spacecraft interfaces.
