Job summary

Bastion Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced IVA Spacesuit Project Manager to lead development, integration, testing, certification and delivery of IVA spacesuit systems for human-rated spacecraft and crewed spaceflight missions in Houston, Texas.

You will oversee multidisciplinary engineering teams and ensure schedule, budget and compliance with human-rating requirements. The role requires leadership across IPTs, MD engineering disciplines, and collaboration with suppliers, customers,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, or systems engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of related work experience in aerospace programs.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams and spacesuit systems integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of IVA spacesuit development from concept through certification, production and operational support.
• Manage scope, cost, schedule, technical performance and risk across multiple workstreams.
• Direct multidisciplinary teams across systems, mechanical, electrical, materials, software, thermal, manufacturing, human factors, safety, quality, test and mission operations engineering.
