• BSN preferred and RN licensure in Florida.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional nursing practice with demonstrated clinical skills.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and ensure continuity of patient care across age ranges with long-term or difficult vascular access needs.
• Provide clinical management and patient/family education to achieve desired outcomes.
• Consult, direct, and educate nursing staff and other health care professionals for assigned patient population.
• Assess data reflecting patient status, respond to treatment protocols, and anticipate potential complications and outcomes.
