Job summary

New Mexico Children, Youth and Families Department (CYFD) seeks a program coordinator to support Title IV-E practicum placements, internships, and educational leave opportunities, under the direction of program leadership. This role helps ensure partnerships with universities and agencies and aligns experiences with agency needs.

Maintain documentation to support quality, compliance, and scalability of student placements.
Monitor program activities and report trends and issues to leadership.
Track basic data related to student placements, completion rates, and hiring outcomes with supervisory support.
Coordinate onboarding and orientation logistics for practicum students, interns, and supervisors.
Develop and distribute tools and resources for supervision and learning experiences.
