Mosaic Life Care in Maryville, MO is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide IV-certified clinic care in an outpatient setting. You will support providers, administer meds, and educate patients, while ensuring timely patient flow across facilities.

Required credentials include an accredited LPN program completion, IV certification, and BLS within 90 days. A valid in-state driver's license and willingness to travel between sites are needed.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• IV certification required upon hire.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required within 90 days.
• Driver's license valid in state - required upon hire.
• Must be able to travel between system facilities and off-site locations.

Responsibilities

• Greet and prepare patient for provider examination and treatment; perform general nursing care.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Assist provider with procedures and maintain equipment.
• Engage in patient/family teaching to achieve desired outcomes.
• Monitor scheduling, answer inquiries, and maintain timely flow of patients.
• Observe, record, and report patient condition to provider.
• Arrange referral testing at other facilities or specialty care.
• Other duties as assigned
