Job summary

Mosaic Life Care is seeking an experienced Clinic LPN to provide quality patient care under leadership supervision. You will greet patients, prepare them for examinations, administer medications, assist providers, and help maintain equipment.

The role involves patient/family teaching, managing patient flow, and coordinating referrals as needed. The position requires graduation from an accredited practical nursing program and LPN licensure with IV certification, BLS within 90 days, and a valid

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• LPN license required upon hire.
• IV Certification required upon hire.
• BLS required within 90 days.
• Driver's License valid in-state required upon hire.
• CWCN required within 1 year if in MV Wound Care clinic.

Responsibilities

• Greets and prepares patient for provider examination and treatment.
• Administers prescribed medications and treatments.
• Assists provider with procedures and maintains equipment before and after procedures.
• Engages in patient/family teaching to achieve desired outcomes.
• Monitors patient flow, answers inquiries, and maintains timely schedule.
• Observes, records, and reports patient condition to provider.
• Arranges for patient referral testing at other facilities or specialty care.
• Other duties as assigned
