Job summary

Mosaic Life Care in Missouri seeks an LPN to provide high‑quality patient care under leadership supervision. You will administer medications, assist with procedures, and support patient/family education to achieve optimal outcomes.

The role requires nursing licensure, IV and BLS certifications, and a valid driver's license. You may travel to multiple system facilities as needed, with duties across clinics and wards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program; state licensure required.
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with state licensure/compact licensure as applicable.
• IV Certification required upon hire; Basic Life Support (BLS) within 90 days.
• Driver's license valid for business purposes.
• CWCN preferred if working in MV Wound Care clinic within 1 year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Greets and prepares patient for provider examination and treatment; performs general nursing care.
• Administers prescribed medications and treatments according to nursing standards.
• Assists provider with procedures and maintains equipment before and after procedures.
• Engages in patient/family teaching to achieve desired outcomes.
• Monitors scheduling, answers inquiries, and maintains timely patient flow.
• Observes, records, and reports patient condition to provider.
• Arranges referral testing at other facilities or specialty care.
• Other duties as assigned
