Mosaic Life Care is seeking an Clinic LPN in Missouri to provide quality patient care under leadership supervision. The nurse may delegate tasks to unlicensed assistive personnel and support various areas based on staff skill and patient acuity.

The role focuses on direct nursing care, patient teaching, and coordination with providers to ensure smooth patient flow and timely care delivery across facilities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program, or military equivalent.
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with state licensure.
• IV Certification required upon hire.
• BLS certification required within 90 days.
• Driver's license valid in-state, required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Greets and prepares patient for provider examination and treatment.
• Administers prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with nursing standards.
• Assists provider with procedures and maintains equipment before and after procedures.
• Engages in patient/family teaching to achieve the desired patient outcome.
• Monitors the scheduling of patients, answers inquiries, maintains timely flow.
• Observes, records, and reports patient’s condition to provider.
• Arranges for patient referral testing at other facilities or specialty care.
• Other duties as assigned
