Mosaic Life Care is seeking a Clinic LPN Float Pool nurse to provide quality patient care under leadership, assisting with examinations, procedures, and medication administration across facilities. The role includes patient education and coordinating referrals to ensure timely care.

Requirements include graduating from an accredited practical nursing program, MO or KS LPN license upon hire, IV and BLS certifications, and a valid state driver's license.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• LPN license MO or KS required upon hire; if new grad, license obtained within 90 days.
• IV Certification required upon hire.
• BLS certification required within 90 days.
• Driver's license valid in state; required upon hire.

Responsabilités

• Greets and prepares patient for provider examination and treatment.
• Administers prescribed medications and treatments.
• Assists provider with procedures and maintains equipment before/after procedures.
• Engages in patient/family teaching to achieve desired outcomes.
• Monitors scheduling, answers inquiries, maintains timely patient flow.
• Observes, records, and reports patient condition to provider.
• Arranges for referral testing at other facilities or specialty care.
• Other duties as assigned
