Mosaic Life Care is seeking a Clinic LPN for our Saint Joseph, MO on-site clinic. The LPN will provide quality patient care under leadership, delegating tasks as appropriate and supporting other areas as needed based on staff skill and patient acuity.

The role emphasizes nursing care, medication administration, and collaboration with providers to ensure efficient patient flow and safety.

Competenze

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program, or military equivalent.
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with state licensure.
• IV Certification required upon hire.
• BLS required within 90 days.
• Driver's License valid in state if operating a vehicle.

Mansioni

• Greet and prepare patient for provider examination and treatment; perform general nursing care.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments per nursing standards.
• Assist provider with procedures and maintain equipment before and after procedures.
• Engage in patient/family teaching to achieve desired patient outcomes.
• Monitor scheduling of patients, answer inquiries, and maintain timely flow of patients.
• Observe, record, and report patient’s condition to provider.
• Arrange referral testing at other facilities or specialty care.
• Other duties as assigned.
