Job summary

Baxter is hiring manufacturing operators in Puerto Rico to join our IV bag assembly line. You will follow BOM, SOPs and GMP guidelines to assemble, inspect, fill, seal and palletize IV bags, rotating across work areas to ensure product quality and safety.

Strong reading/writing in Spanish and basic English are important, along with teamwork and reliability. Applicants should have a high school diploma and some college experience; basic computer skills and MS Office are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; two years of college preferred.
• Basic computer skills and MS Office familiarity.
• Good reading/writing in Spanish; basic English.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to work overtime and multitask in a GMP environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate repetitive IV drug bag assembly per BOM, specs and SOPs.
• Inspect parts and ensure correct components are used.
• Fill IV bags with specified solutions and seal/overpack as required.
• Rotate across work areas and maintain GMP and safety standards.
• Paletize final product and keep work area organized.
