Job summary

Baxter International Inc. in Guayama, PR is hiring a Fill & Pack Operator I to join the Manufacturing team.

You will produce and package medical products that help save lives, following SOPs, cGMP, and GDP, while maintaining quality and safety standards. You will work closely with Production, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, and Operations to ensure efficient, compliant manufacturing, track batch records, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Manufacturing experience in a regulated industry preferred.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/medical device or FDA-regulated environment is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of cGMP, FDA, and EHS regulations.
• Ability to operate automatic and semi-automatic manufacturing equipment.
• Basic computer skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Accurately complete manufacturing documentation and maintain records.
• Read, write, and understand English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing and packaging equipment following SOPs, cGMP, and GDP.
• Perform production activities including filling, labeling, packaging, setup, operation, and cleanup.
• Operate multiple workstations within packaging and support required clerical tasks.
• Ensure equipment operates properly and promptly identify abnormalities.
• Conduct in-process inspections to verify product quality and specifications.
• Complete manufacturing documentation accurately, including batch records and related records.
