Job summary

Quality Consulting Group, LLC is seeking a production worker in Puerto Rico/USA to join a world-class manufacturing environment. You will perform repetitive line assembly to mass-produce medical devices such as IV bags, ensuring compliance with company standards and quality expectations.

The role requires a GED, 1–3 years of manufacturing experience, the ability to lift up to 25 pounds, and license registration.

Qualifications

• GED or high school diploma required.
• 1–3 years of related manufacturing/industrial experience.
• License registration is required for this role.
• Must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds with provided safety equipment.
• Must be able to work the shift: Saturday & Sunday 12-hour night 5:45pm–5:45am, plus 2 days in the second shift.

Responsibilities

• Performs repetitive line assembly operations to mass-produce medical devices such as IV bags.
• Ensures all operations comply with company standards.
• Places parts in specified relationships relative to each other and fastens parts.
• Works at different workstations as production needs require.
• Maintains clean and orderly work area and stocks finished goods.

Responsibilities:

• Performs repetitive line assembly operations to mass-produce medical devices products such as IV bags.
• Assure that all operations are in compliance with all Company standards
• Places parts in specified relationship to each other.
• Fastens parts together.
• Works at different workstations as production needs require.
• Works online where tasks vary as different model of same article moves along line.
• Inspect each part assuring that the product has zero defects.
• Displeased the finish product in the appropriate box and stock them until the material handler comes.
• Stacks or assembles materials into bundles and bands bundles together.
• Removes samples of materials, labels with identifying information, and takes samples to laboratory for analysis as requested.
• Must be able to keep the work area in the cleanest and order conditions.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• One (1) to three (3) years related experience in manufacturing or industrial companies.
• Occasionally required to stand, walk, and talk or hear.
• License registration is required for this roll.
• Must frequently lift and/or move up to 5 to 25 pounds (with the appropriate safety equipment that the Company provides).
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, and color vision.
• Must be able to work shift E Saturday & Sunday 12hr night shift 5:45pm- 5:45am. and 2 days in second shift.
