Job summary

Jobtailor in Sunnyvale seeks a Lead AI transformation and Technical Program Manager to drive large-scale programs with cross-functional teams. You will shape TPM best practices, manage dependencies and resources, and define goals and milestones, while mentoring teams and advancing operational excellence.

You will oversee automation initiatives, ensure robust engineering practices, and communicate progress to executives. Strong leadership and data-driven decision skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related area; 6 years’ experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area; or 8 years’ related experience.
• Extensive experience in program management for large-scale, complex technical initiatives.
• Strong leadership to mentor teams and drive cross-functional collaboration across multiple workstreams.
• Proficiency in systems thinking and technical expertise in software, hardware, cloud infrastructure, and service management frameworks.
• Excellent communication to align stakeholders and deliver updates.
• Analytical, data-driven problem solving.
• Ability to develop scalable, repeatable processes to improve operational excellence.
• Preferred: Project Management Certification.
• Preferred: Master’s in MBA with specialization and 4 years’ experience in product design.
• Preferred: Supervisory experience.
• Preferred: Knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA standards and digital accessibility best practices.
