Overview

Role: ITSM Tool Manager (ServiceNow)

Location: Waukegan, IL

Duration: 6+ Months

ONLY GC OR CITIZENS

BGV will be done for the selected candidates.

Experience & Designation

Designation: Technical Specialist or above

Experience:

• 7+ Years of relevant work experience. Candidate should have good Admin.

Responsibilities / Knowledge Areas

• Configuration / Development knowledge of:
  • Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Release Management, Knowledge Management, Asset management, CMDB, Service Requests and SLM
• Experience in managing a team of developers
• Good exposure to integration of ServiceNow with various ITSM and other tools
• Content Management: developing ESS page
• UI Actions / UI Policy / Access Control Lists, etc.
• Writing server-side scripts using Script Includes
• Configured License Management module for necessary compliance checks
• Used ACLs for controlling the security mechanism in ServiceNow
• Domain Separation and designing the process and data flow within various domains
• Experience with web technologies/AJAX
• Developing Composite Service Requests within Service Catalog Module
• Experience in different integrations using web services / MID Server, etc.
• Configuring complex reports
