Job summary

Horizontal Talent is seeking a Project Coordinator to support ITSM processes across the enterprise. You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to keep processes aligned, compliant, and running smoothly while contributing to ServiceNow-related initiatives and business outcomes.

The ideal candidate will hold a IT-related degree, have at least three years of relevant experience, and demonstrate strong Excel and Word skills, plus a collaborative, process-driven mindset to improve governance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience.
• Three or more years in a related ITSM/process coordination role.
• Strong Excel (Pivot Tables) and Word skills, with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day management of an ITSM process.
• Monitor process performance and track key metrics.
• Coordinate workshops, status updates, and UAT.
• Partner with product, business analysis, and platform teams.
• Assist with stakeholder communications and documentation.
• Promote process compliance and ongoing maturity.
• Provide operational input for process-related decisions.
• Support governance activities as needed.
