Job summary

Next Level Business Services Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage an ITSM process across the enterprise. You will ensure adherence to ITSM standards, drive operational improvements, and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve business outcomes.

The role involves coordinating initiatives, supporting status reporting, and facilitating process workshops, solution reviews, testing activities, and UAT to continuously mature the process. Strong Excel and Word skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Excel with pivot table expertise.
• MS Word proficiency for documentation and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management, execution, and operational effectiveness of an ITSM process.
• Monitor performance metrics, identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate process-related initiatives, support status reporting, and facilitate workshops and testing activities including UAT.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for the ITSM process and provide operational input to align solutions with business needs.
