Qualifications

• Bachelor-level IT/CS/BIS or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year in IT, application support, or service ops.
• Experience with ITIL concepts is a plus.
• Interest in ITSM and enterprise platforms.

Responsibilities

• Support incident and change workflows with setup and testing.
• Perform basic ITSM platform configuration and maintenance.
• Identify and document platform issues for senior staff.
• Test platform changes to ensure technical and business fit.
• Run routine platform health checks and data reviews.
• Gather basic business requirements for service requests.
• Translate needs into clear request forms and workflows.
• Create documentation for configurations and procedures.
• Assist with platform enhancements and integrations.
• Learn ITSM processes: incident, request, change, problem.
