Job summary

SolutionHealth is seeking an IT Communications & Value Analyst to enhance transparency and alignment of IT work with organizational priorities. You will craft executive presentations and data packets, drawing from multiple IT systems to support decision-making.

Applicants should have 5+ years in healthcare IT with Epic exposure, a Bachelor's degree, and ITIL Foundation; Epic certifications are a plus. This on-site role reports to the Senior Manager, ITSM Process & Innovation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare IT environments with significant exposure to Epic EHR/Environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, Business, or related field (or equivalent substantial progressive work experience, certifications, and education).
• ITIL Foundation Certification within 6 months of hire and Epic certification(s) in one or more application modules.

The IT Communications & Value Analyst supports the transparency, communication, and value realization of Information Technology services and initiatives. This role produces clear, consistent, and actionable insights that connect IT work to organizational priorities, service performance, and measurable outcomes. Reporting to the Senior Manager, ITSM Process & Innovation, this role functions as a centralized coordination and enablement resource for IT communications, reporting, and data-driven transparency. The Analyst supports consistent visibility into IT work, including initiatives, operational activities, and service performance, ensuring stakeholders have timely, accurate information to support decision-making and alignment.

Develop, prepare, and deliver executive-level presentations, reports, and data packets in multiple formats (e.g., Collect, analyze, and synthesize data from multiple IT systems and sources, including ITSM tools, to produce accurate, timely, and actionable insights.

Translate complex technical, operational, and performance information into clear, structured, and understandable communication for diverse audiences, including executive leadership, clinical stakeholders, and operational teams.

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, Business, or related field (or equivalent substantial progressive work experience, certifications, and education).

ITIL Foundation Certification within 6 months of hire and Epic certification(s) in one or more application modules.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare IT environments with significant exposure to Epic EHR/Environments.
