Job summary

SolutionHealth is seeking an IT Communications & Value Analyst in Massachusetts to bridge technology work with clinical and operational leaders. You will develop executive presentations, aggregate data from ITSM tools, and translate complex technical information into clear, actionable insights that inform strategic decisions.

You will report to the Senior Manager, ITSM Process & Innovation, and collaborate with IT teams, clinicians, and administrators to ensure transparency, measurable outcomes,

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in healthcare IT with Epic EHR environments.
• Strong ability to translate technical data into clear executive communications.
• Experience creating executive-level presentations and reports.
• ITIL Foundation certification within 6 months of hire; Epic certification(s).

The IT Communications & Value Analyst supports the transparency, communication, and value realization of Information Technology services and initiatives. This role produces clear, consistent, and actionable insights that connect IT work to organizational priorities, service performance, and measurable outcomes. Reporting to the Senior Manager, ITSM Process & Innovation, this role functions as a centralized coordination and enablement resource for IT communications, reporting, and data-driven transparency. The Analyst supports consistent visibility into IT work, including initiatives, operational activities, and service performance, ensuring stakeholders have timely, accurate information to support decision-making and alignment.

Develop, prepare, and deliver executive-level presentations, reports, and data packets in multiple formats (e.g., Collect, analyze, and synthesize data from multiple IT systems and sources, including ITSM tools, to produce accurate, timely, and actionable insights.

Translate complex technical, operational, and performance information into clear, structured, and understandable communication for diverse audiences, including executive leadership, clinical stakeholders, and operational teams.

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, Business, or related field (or equivalent substantial progressive work experience, certifications, and education).

ITIL Foundation Certification within 6 months of hire and Epic certification(s) in one or more application modules.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare IT environments with significant exposure to Epic EHR/Environments.
