City of St. George is seeking a Technology Customer Service Intern to assist with implementing, configuring, and documenting a new IT Service Management (ITSM) platform at City Commons Building in St. George, UT.

This part-time temporary internship offers hands-on SaaS platform exposure and collaboration with a dedicated technology team. The role emphasizes customer service, documentation, and process development, with a focus on learning and contributing to city IT operations.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of SaaS platforms or system configuration is a plus.
• Minimum of one year customer service or computer support experience.
• Valid Utah driver license or ability to obtain one within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Learn and assist in configuring the new ITSM platform.
• Help define and document new processes and procedures for the technology support team.
• Participate in developing training and reference materials for technicians and city employees.
• Perform data and process testing and validation.
• Perform other related duties as required.
