Job summary

You will support City-owned workstations and network equipment, answer calls, and help users with hardware, software, and mobile devices. Under supervision, you will open and route help desk tickets, provide training, document steps, and contribute to knowledge bases.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of customer service or computer support experience.
• Windows or Apple OS and device certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls into the City Help Desk.
• Open, route, manage, and resolve tickets in the IT Service Management platform.
• Provide technical assistance to users for hardware, software, networking, and mobile devices.
• Assist with setup, installation, and configuration of new hardware and software systems.
• Document processes and troubleshooting steps; contribute to the knowledge base.
