LiveOnNY in New York is seeking an ITSM Engineer Level 1 to provide first-contact support for end users, resolve incidents, and ensure SLA compliance. You’ll coordinate EMR access, participate in IT strategy, and help modernize IT systems while maintaining data security.

The role requires strong communication, ITIL familiarity, and ITSM knowledge, with compensation data reflecting a $60,000–$80,000 annual range for a full-time position.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a helpdesk or similar setting.
• Familiarity with ITIL practices, ITSM platforms, and networking concepts.
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or CCNA are a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

Responsabilités

• IT Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive IT strategy.
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR) Process: Oversee EMR access and troubleshooting.
• Transformation: Lead IT modernization initiatives and adoption of new tech.
• Security: Ensure data protection and privacy across systems.
• IT Budgeting and Management: Participate in IT budgeting and cost control.
• Team Leadership and Communication: Manage IT staff and foster collaboration.
• Vendor Management: Manage vendor relationships and contracts.
• Risk Management: Identify and manage technological risks.
