Job summary

TEKsystems in Waukegan, IL is seeking an ITSM Business Analyst to support a large ServiceNow integration and migration initiative as part of a merger.

You will work with process owners, SMEs, BAs, and technical delivery teams to document requirements, align workflows, and migrate artifacts across Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, and Knowledge.

Qualifications

• 5+ years ITSM/process analysis experience.
• Experience with ServiceNow ITSM.
• Experience with migration/consolidation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Assess and document current-state ITSM processes and workflows.
• Identify gaps and migration requirements against operating model.
• Coordinate with process owners and technical teams for migration.
• Document requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Support migration of knowledge articles, catalog items, and artifacts.
• Assist with validation, UAT, defects, and post-migration stabilization.
• Ensure migrated workflows align with approved requirements.
