Job summary

Datum Technologies Group is seeking a skilled ITSM Process Manager to oversee day-to-day management, execution, and alignment of the ITSM process with business objectives. The role requires collaboration with Product Owner and platform teams to sustain governance, adoption, and continuous improvement of the ITSM process on the ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities include monitoring performance, facilitating workshops, coordinating training, and ensuring clear documentation and communications

Qualifications

• BS or BA degree with Information Technology and 3+ years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day ITSM process operations across the enterprise.
• Monitor metrics and provide insights on trends, risks and improvements.
• Coordinate process initiatives and support status reporting.
• Facilitate process workshops, project kickoffs, solution reviews, testing and UAT.
• Act as SME for the process and ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Engage stakeholders, document, communicate, and train on process requirements.
