Overview

AtkinsRéalis is seeking an ITS & Traffic Engineering Intern - Summer 2027 to join our Henderson, NV office.

Your Role

• Provide administrative and operations support.
• Responsible for the compilation of data and the preparation of reports.
• Utilize computer software such as CAD (MicroStation and/or AutoCAD) to produce schematics, drawings and design plans.
• Assist with preparation of design plans and traffic signal models.
• Coordinate within organization unit to ensure consistency with policies and procedures.
• Participate in group meetings, both project and organization related.

About You

EXPERIENCE: No experience is generally required if accepted into an Associate's or Bachelor's degree program in a related technical field.

EDUCATION: Must have completed 60 hours towards a civil engineering degree from an ABET accredited program by the start of the internship (Summer 2027).

SPECIAL SKILLS: Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Experience with AutoCAD or MicroStation (preferred).
