Job Description:

Senior ServiceNow Solution Architect (ITOM) - Part Time

Location: Remote

Shift: Part Time (12 hours a week)

Duration: 12 weeks

Rate: Negotiable

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze the CMDB/AMDB, document findings, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support remediation activities on identified areas as required.
• Prepare ServiceNow CMDB/AMDB for Forescout eyeExtend module integration.
• Install and configure Forescout eyeExtend to maintain the CMDB/AMDB.
• Assess and streamline processes for client device order management within ServiceNow ITSM.
• Implement and enhance device request forms, catalogs, and approval workflows with CMDB/AMDB reconciliation.
• Provide technical leadership ensuring solutions align with business needs and program objectives.
• Customize system components (workflows, scripts) as needed.
• Identify and resolve technical issues, communicate with stakeholders.
• Transfer knowledge to the platform team for custom solutions.
• Facilitate workshops to align solutions with ServiceNow processes and business goals.
• Translate requirements into architecture and best practices.
• Break down requirements into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Proven experience with ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM modules.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
• Experience with CMDB/AMDB analysis and Forescout eyeExtend.
• Support remediation activities and process improvements.
