Roles & Responsibilities

• Must have experience in ITSM, Presales, ServiceNow
• 15+ years in IT industry with 8+ years in IT Infrastructure/Apps, including architecture, bid management, and presales support
• 5+ years in technical consulting, sales cycles as a solution architect, presales, professional services
• Experience with multiple ServiceNow implementations, migrations, upgrades, and understanding of ITSM processes
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow product suites (ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, Now Assist, etc.) and integrations
• Knowledge of CMDB, MID Server, Discovery, Service Mapping, ATF
• Proficiency in scripting and development (Glide, Python, JavaScript, APIs, HTML, CSS)
• Relevant ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Master Architect, Technical Architect)
• Experience collaborating with distributed teams, requirements management, agile practices, client relations
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to translate technical concepts
• Strong problem-solving, planning, organizational skills

Desirable Skills

• Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Insurance
• Expertise in data centers, storage, hosting, architecture
• Knowledge of industry trends, AI/ML, NLP frameworks, cloud certifications
