Key Responsibilities

1. Serve as a technical leader for the ServiceNow platform, overseeing architecture decisions, best practices, and platform governance.
2. Design, develop, and maintain workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations within ServiceNow.
3. Lead implementations and enhancements across ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, TSM, TNI, WSD, GRC.
4. Design and develop secure integrations with third-party applications using REST, SOAP, MID servers, and integration hubs.
5. Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
6. Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and continuous improvement.
7. Ensure solutions meet security and compliance requirements, including audit trails, access control, and change management protocols.
