Responsibilities include processing ITM transactions, mobile deposits, mail deposits, and collaboration with other departments to support compliance and branch operations.

Qualifications

• Customer service knowledge and practice to meet customer needs and satisfaction.
• Bilingual position requires proficiency in both English and Spanish.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all transactions.

Responsibilities

• Process transactions for and assist customers using interactive teller machines (ITMs); review deposits for authenticity and balance ITM batches.
• Process mobile deposits; review checks deposited to determine authenticity and hold placement; manage mobile deposit users.
• Handle mail deposits/payments; reconcile teller accounts; place service calls for branch equipment; complete required forms and supplies.
• Collaborate with other departments to prepare compliance reports; support supervisor with special projects as assigned.
