Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months cash-handling experience.
• Willingness to promote credit union products and services.
• Ability to work in a team and individually.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage with members to guarantee a positive experience and develop strong member relationships.
• Refer products and services to provide value while helping branch meet sales goals.
• Complete transactions accurately to balance drawer daily.
• Greet members to create a welcoming environment.
• Perform transactions professionally to build trust.
• Resolve service issues and direct members appropriately.
• Maintain the ATM and night depository as directed.
• Act as a first line of defense against member fraud and educate on security.
• Perform other duties to ensure efficient teller line.
