Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide direct services across multiple school sites near Washington, DC. This itinerant role supports a diverse caseload and offers part-time or full-time options, with onsite work and immediate start.

The position requires SLP licensure, school experience is preferred, and collaboration within a multidisciplinary team is essential to optimize student outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active and valid Speech-Language Pathologist licensure required.
• Prior experience working in a school environment is highly preferred.
• Comfort with collaborating as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to students at multiple schools
• Travel between assigned sites as an itinerant provider
• Evaluate, diagnose, and develop IEP-based treatment plans tailored to each student
• Monitor progress, maintain accurate documentation, and participate in IEP meetings
• Consult with teachers, families, and other support staff to maximize student outcomes
