Job summary

Direct Care in Washington, DC is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide in-home therapy for patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders. The role involves developing treatment plans, collaborating with caregivers, and ensuring high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an accredited program.
• Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the District of Columbia.
• 1+ years of speech-language pathology experience in home health preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive speech-language evaluations in patients' homes.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Educate patient caregivers on communication support strategies.
